M e t h o d o l o g y
We'll blend somatic practices, mindfulness, nervous system support, and simple, whole-body health foundations — helping you tune in, not tighten up.

Leave with a deeper connection to your body and self, a renewed relationship with your health, and lifelong tools to support your journey.
Duration: weekly 60 minute sessions x 4 months
