A trauma-informed holistic health and life coach, somatic practitioner, and future therapist.
I hold a Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Neuroscience from MSU, am a certified Health and Life Coach (ICF accredited), and have specialized training in Somatic Experiencing (Level 1), eating disorders and shame resilience, and trauma recovery. Additionally, I am further deepening my work by completing my masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Walden University.
Overall, my work is rooted in the understanding that true health is mental, physical, emotional, and environmental — an integrated whole. My own transformation — losing over 100 pounds and reclaiming my life — showed me that real change isn't just about behavior. It’s about shifting conscious and unconscious patterns, reconnecting with the body, and learning to work with our emotions. Today, I guide women through that same process, blending somatic work, mindfulness, nervous system science, and practical habit change.
I am a body-based practitioner who believes the body is the way in — that when we listen deeply, it reveals our patterns, our needs, and our truths. Health becomes a gateway: as we befriend our bodies and come home to ourselves, we reconnect with our life force, our purpose, and each other.
I don't believe people are broken or need to be "fixed" or “healed.” I believe in self-exploration, integration, and action — bringing all parts of ourselves into the light with compassion and acceptance. My approach is slow, sustainable, and rooted in deep respect for each clients ability experience lasting change.
My goal is simple: to help you reconnect with yourself and live your life on purpose.
